More than anything, kids who have been the victims of abuse don’t need us to speak for them. They need us to hear them. That’s true in the child-friendly settings of local Children’s Advocacy Centers, where staff work with teams of professionals to investigate suspected abuse and provide the expert care children and families need to heal. Children's Advocacy Centers make it possible for kids to speak their truth, in safety.
Kids need to be heard on the national level, too, and that’s why the work of National Children’s Alliance is so essential. At National Children’s Alliance we partner with researchers, educate legislators, and strengthen Children’s Advocacy Centers to ensure children and families impacted by abuse get the help they need. National Children’s Alliance, as the membership organization for more than 900 Children's Advocacy Centers across the country, has the special ability to bring people together and amplify kids’ voices in a way no one else can — from local centers right on up to the highest levels of government. Your donation helps National Children's Alliance lift up kids’ voices.
